Today was a funny day of red. Normally, I am not a huge fan of red in terms of design and clothing. It's such an intense color that, for me, it can only work as an accent. It has to be done just right in order for me to be able to get behind it.

A few things I have always loved in red, are lips, nails and hair! I've had red hair for a long while now, which I personally think works for me since I'm so insanely pale. The downside is how fast it fades. Luckily for me, my good friend Rickie, who is the most awesome hair stylist, is always there for me when I need her and today I needed her. I wanted to show you my freshly colored hair because it'll be faded very soon.
My other great red love is beets! Weird I know but that is the Ukrainian girl coming out in me. Beets=Happy. Look what I found at the market today. Freaking pickled beets with the greatest name EVER!
AMAZING!!! It's so good I have to stop talking about it.
