The night doorman in the building I work at is named Paul. He is a bit shy, has a very thick accent and brings his own doughnut shaped pillow to sit on. Paul makes bread and rolls. He brings the leftover bread and rolls he has made to work and hands it out to the people he likes best. Last week he gave me a roll. This weekend I decided to make him cookies. I chose to make lemon coolers. I hope he likes them.
